Appointment Process

This link will redirect you to Practice Better where you can pick a time for your free 15-min discovery call that works for you. If you are interested in a package to save money, let me know!

Your first appointment will be about 60 minutes, and the follow-up appointments can range from 30-45 minutes, depending on your needs.

Practice Area: Anywhere in California and Maryland, with a focus in San Francisco / Marin County / East Bay (Berkeley, Oakland) / Santa Clara County (San Jose, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Redwood City)

Choose how you’d like to meet & submit a payment

You will have the option of a phone call or video call. If the latter, you will not need to download any additional programs since Practice Better will have it all set up for you as long as you have a device that enables video and microphone. Having a Zoom account may be an alternative method of communication.

You will have the option of paying beforehand or be invoiced for the appointment afterwards.

Prepare for our session

You'll receive an invitation to join Practice Better and activate your account (please complete this part!) and a confirmation email within 24 hours, as well as several forms to complete online, which will take about 30-45 minutes. You'll also have a chance to upload any relevant documents that you'd like to share (e.g. lab reports) into a secure platform.

Let’s meet & create a plan

You'll get an email reminder before our meeting, with a link to join the session if you've opted for an online meeting. If you choose a phone meeting, I'll give you a call at the scheduled time.

Within 24-hours after our meeting, I will send your review. It will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations to support your health and small steps to implement before our follow up session.

Follow up

After 2-3 weeks, we'll meet again to see how the plan is going, answer any questions, and make any adjustments. If you'd like to schedule additional appointments, we can discuss doing so.
